1. Grapes: Eat grapes and notice a sudden boost in your energy

2. Dried Figs: Can serve as your spare energy pack. It has more potassium than bananas, more calcium than milk and is also a good source of dietary fiber. You won’t believe that figs don’t contain cholesterol, fats, or sodium. It can keep you pumped up all day long. The reason why figs are a good pick than processed sugar in junk foods, because figs contain natural, easily digestible, slow burning sugars

3. Ginseng can also be used to boost your energy levels in the morning that can last the whole day. It can lower your stress levels, improve your memory and immune system. Ginseng can also stabilize your blood sugar so you won’t crash when you’re hungry

4. Make a Cayenne Pepper: Combine 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper into a cup of warm water. Drink it down and experience some boost of energy in your system. If you need to stay up all night, prepare a quart of any kind of juice without sugar or preservatives on it. Add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in your prepared sugarless juice. Now take this mixture if you feel sleepy
